Dog training for Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, West Jefferson, Ashe, Avery & Watauga Counties, NC

What is Day Training? Drop your dog off at our Center For K9 Excellence and then pick her up later in the day. It's that simple. During the day Marge and/or Lisa will train your dog in multiple sessions. When you pick up your dog we'll give you and update, and then every few days we'll have a transfer session where we'll coach you on keeping up the behaviors we've taught. Day training costs are similar to private training. Contact us for more details!

Do you have a busy schedule and find it hard to make the time to train your dog? As professional dog trainers, we can typically get your dog to perform a desired behavior faster and get more repetitions completed during the allotted training time than pet parents can do at home. But,  let’s face it, everyone’s dog behaves good for us – we’re professional dog trainers!  The training will not automatically transfer to you when we’re not there.  That’s why “transfer sessions” are an important part of our training program.  If you are finding you don’t have time to train, or are not making the progress you’d like to see, ask Lisa or Marge  if Day Training might be an option for you and your dog.
